LemonData is an AI API aggregation platform that provides unified access to 115+ AI models from leading providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and others through a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. Our Services include:
- Chat completions API (text generation, streaming)
- Image generation and editing API
- Video generation API
- Audio synthesis and transcription API
- Embeddings API

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2 You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account or API keys
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your use complies with the terms of the underlying AI model providers

2.3 You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Billing and Payments

3.1 LemonData operates on a prepaid balance system. You must add credits to your account before using our API services.

3.2 Pricing varies by model and is displayed on our pricing page at https://lemondata.cc/models. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3.3 Usage is deducted from your balance in real-time based on token consumption or API calls.

3.4 Unused credits do not expire. However, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3.5 We accept payments via credit/debit cards (through Stripe) and may support additional payment methods in certain regions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the API for any illegal activities or to generate illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without our written authorization
- Generate content that violates our content policy or the policies of upstream providers
- Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or impair our Services
- Use automated means to scrape or collect data from our Website
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 You retain ownership of the content you submit through our API. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated outputs.

5.3 LemonData grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

6. Privacy and Data

6.2 API requests (prompts and responses) are forwarded to upstream AI providers to fulfill your requests. Please review each provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

6.3 We retain API usage logs for billing, debugging, and service improvement purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.3 AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LemonData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LemonData and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
